Your Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory levels and stock ordering.
• Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Implement company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organisational skills to manage store operations efficiently and effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement corrective actions.
