Nobu Restaurant Assistant General Manager

As Assistant General Manager of Nobu Restaurant and Bar you will assist in the smooth operational running of the Nobu Restaurant, Bar, and Terrace in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Assist in overseeing the smooth operational running of Nobu Restaurant, Bar, and Terrace.
• To offer strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team.
• To be an advocate for training and development in order to foster progression and retention throughout your department.
• Analyse restaurant and bar sales levels and profitability and create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
• Have a complete understanding of budget, forecasts, and P&L for your department.
• Completing the rota for your team on time and within labour costs.
• Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor during shifts and events.
• Encourage and support your team to focus on revenue growth and upselling opportunities that enhance our guests dining and bar experiences.
• Monitor and maintain proper inventory to ensure it is in line with the budgeted cost of sales.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in an Assistant General Manager position within a high profile or luxury restaurant.
