The 55/Redefined Group is a fast-growing scale-up, launched in September 2021 to address the challenges of an ageing population and the future of work. We’re redefining life after 50, creating solutions for this demographic and for the businesses targeting and hiring them to realise their potential and the crucial role they must play in the global economy.
We’re challenging the status quo, debunking myths and throwing away outdated stereotypes of older workers. - Work/Redefined: An employer focused website, which supports businesses and other organisations on Age Inclusivity. The site offers employers insights, industry data, consulting services, Age Inclusive Accreditation, training and assessment.
- Jobs/ Redefined: An over 50s jobs board, where hirers can manage open vacancies and candidates can search and apply for roles.
- Life/Redefined: A membership platform which shares inspiring life stories and curates expert opinions on topics from career advice to financial planning to fitness and travel. It is showcased by stories of over-50’s ‘Redefiners’ who challenge the status quo and are living their best lives as an inspiration for others to follow.
We live and breathe our mission as an employer. A university degree is not required, and age is no barrier. We are a remote team (quarterly get-together in central London and multiple virtual team calls), and we are open to flexible working.
