Job Description

Talent Operations Manager at Checkout.com

Focus on enablement of the TA function, to drive efficiency and productivity across the team by supporting the management of key projects and programs, looking after our tools and supporting day-to-day business operations that help the TA team achieve their goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Using your strong critical and analytical thinking to optimise TA program operations with a focus on process management and key strategic initiatives
  • Own TA data hygiene by pulling reports from our recruitment systems, tools and platforms, and enabling data hygiene across the recruiting tech stack
  • Identifying TA/business process challenges through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead on project and program logistics, owning tasks and updating key stakeholders on progress and blockers
  • Owning and delivering the TA training courses to include interview training and the manager academy courses
  • Continue to build on the Checkout Bar Raiser programme and strategy
  • Work closely with the People Techology team to improve the tech stack, including implementing a new ATS
  • Review and reiterate all TA templates and processes
  • Enabling the execution of the TA Roadmap by responding to day-to-day project, tooling and programmatic queries and driving project tasks forward
  • Support on the creation of agendas and slides for all-team meetings
  • Ad-hoc operational tasks that arise

Qualifications

About you:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in problem solving, with scalable solutions and a customer-focused mindset, with a focus on Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working with TS tools and systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An eye for detail and thinking ahead
  • A passion for efficiency and enabling others to do their best work
  • A stickler for process and the ability to hold others accountable to those processes
