• Old Felixstowe Nursery, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9LY
• £13.02 per hour
• 8am - 4pm, 4 or 5 days a week, term time only
• Permanent

• Required as soon as possible

Salary - £13.02 per hour (upwards, dependant on qualification and experience).

We are looking for a well organised and friendly Nursery Manager to join and manage our team. Your working hours will be 8am - 4pm, 4 or 5 days a week, term time only. As a manager you will oversee the running of the nursery and provide high quality care to our children and families. Alongside the staff team you will establish and sustain a safe, welcoming, stimulating and encouraging environment. You will manage and lead staff daily to ensure proper deployment. You will be supported in your role by Nursery Trustees, Deputy Manager, Administrative Manager, Curriculum Lead and a dedicated staff team.

You will need:

Essential

• two years' experience of working in an Early Years setting or other suitable experience
• minimum of a Level 3 qualification in early years
• a current DBS/willingness to complete one and be on the subscription service.

Desirable

• a SENCo level 3 or non-accredited qualification
• a willingness to undergo training where required
• previous managerial experience.
