Cellular Origins

Cell therapies have been shown to cure devastating and previously untreatable diseases like cancer by re-programming the patient's own immune system. Giving more patients access to these life-saving therapies requires a revolution in manufacturing and process automation.

Cellular Origins, a TTP company, is leading this revolution. Our proprietary technology tackles the challenges of large-scale production with an elegant robotic automation system that cuts costs, reduces labour, eliminates human error, and boosts efficiency.

Do you want to join the revolution? We've trebled the team to 60-strong over the past 9 months and need to continue this strong growth. We are seeking a Head of HR to drive this rapid growth and help us build a business that brings life-changing therapies to patients and their families.

Head of HR

As Head of HR, you'll lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy, aligned with the company's mission and goals; most notably, a rapid and sustainable expansion of the business.

Your extensive understanding of people and organizations will be invaluable as you cultivate an evolving, collaborative culture, with a focus on delivery. You will embrace the challenge of doing this within the context of new people joining every week, bringing a diversity of ideas and perspectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing significant recruitment, effective onboarding, and the development of scalable internal systems, policies, and processes.

Driven by a commitment to sustainable growth of the business and care for people, you will support leaders in maintaining a high-performance and positive work environment, and you will craft pathways for learning that foster personal development and align with Cellular Origins' mission.

As a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, you will actively help shape the company's direction and offer discreet and insightful counsel to leaders.

This is somewhere to really make your mark, working in a challenging and impact-driven venture, to define the future of cell therapy manufacturing. Are you ready to join the mission?
