Our PATI (Patient Access to Innovation) team is seeking a strategic Human Capital Advisor to partner closely with our VP and Global Talent Director. In this global role, you will shape and execute talent strategies that empower our people, elevate engagement, and ensure personal and professional growth.
To excel in this role, you'll need a pragmatic approach and the ability to simplify processes for our Scientists and Regulatory Experts. Acting as their trusted career confidant, adviser, and HR expert, you will play a key role in shaping their professional journeys.
As a trusted advisor, you'll guide key initiatives across workforce planning, DEI, total rewards, career development, and change management. We value forward-thinking leaders with fresh ideas on performance management and career development who can inspire innovation, transparency, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Align human capital strategies with PATI's mission to enhance engagement and organizational impact.
- People Empowerment: Drive proactive talent strategies to build a thriving and empowered workforce.
- Transparent Communication: Foster open communication channels between employees and leadership.
- Talent Development: Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention efforts to sustain a high-performing team.
- Growth-Oriented Culture: Identify training and development opportunities that enhance skills and engagement.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Promote a fair, inclusive workplace while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Change Leadership: Support teams through organizational change, emphasizing a people-centric, innovative culture.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage people metrics to assess and inform human capital decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a trusted strategic partner to leadership.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, DEI, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Strong business acumen with a balance of strategic vision and practical execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
