Job Title: Curriculum Strategist

Salary: £58,000+ Depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of the full digital skills product portfolio and ensures the Academy as a service team delivers high quality, efficient digital skills solutions
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders such as the customer, supporting functions and project teams
- Responsible for utilising, analysing and providing project performance data to support the project reporting cycles associated with the SUBs Centre for Experiential Learning (SCEL)
- Provide and interpret accurate management data to effectively monitor performance against set KPIs, with a focus on ensuring timely performance and quality improvement interventions.
- Proactively manages emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the SCEL, and can effectively escalate any concerns over learning delivery and/or progress to the relevant senior leader
- Track, analyse and control activities and costings to ensure effective management of project budgets in collaboration with the project lead
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Knowledge of high quality learning delivery, assessment and assurance
- Background in experiential learning methodologies and design
- Experience of digital technologies, trends, and best practices, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible learning experiences
- Knowledge of project management and control approaches
- Supervisory experience
Desirable:
- Minimum Level 4 Teaching certificate or equivalent
- Level 4 Leadership and Management Qualifications
- Educated to Degree level or above and/or industry related experience

The Early Careers Team:
In the Early Careers and Skills Team, we provide specialist support to the teams delivering apprenticeship, skills and training programmes across the UK. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of curriculum design and education specialists, working on developing an innovative experiential learning curriculum across a brand-new state-of the-art centre for experiential learning. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to collaborate with various functional leads and key stakeholders to create modern, blended and impactful experiential learning curricula. A role here means the chance for you to use your expertise to help shape this exciting new provision!
