NB This is a site-based role so you will need to be able to access our Castle Donington site a minimum of 3 days a week. As we believe in order to stay close to customers, our support teams need to be in the office to develop skills and ideas through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Post-deployment, clear metrics are used to measure the benefits for the relevant programme governance team.
  • Become the expert on site process flows from a mechanical and technical perspective, providing support to multi-functional teams, including project managers, on short-term priorities as and when needed
  • Use Business Performance Metrics and support Development Manager to prioritise reasons for non-performance. Identify and action opportunities to improve performance across efficiency, capacity, availability and proposition
  • Support in the detailed solution design of logistics improvement activities always considering the end user. Completing this through providing clear business requirements, prioritisation process and impact assessments to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Coordinate and complete regular efficiency and capacity assessments to support long term site development objectives
  • Participating in PIR (post implementation review) activities including benefits appraisals. Co-ordinate with site teams to ensure acceptance of change into relevant business areas.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • A self-motivated individual who has a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to create, and use, multiple streams/sources of data and then utilise this insight to quantify decision making and support in strategic recommendations to drive the business forward
  • A great communicator who is capable of simplifying complex information and presenting it in a clear and concise way
  • Use of advanced Excel/Power Bi to use data to solve complex problems and able to present and share data in a clear way to a wide variety of technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to complete data gathering via SQL, or similar data programming language, from Warehouse Management/Control Systems style platforms
