Job overview:
We're seeking a Workday expert to support the rollout of HR operational reporting within the People Operations team. You'll collaborate closely with HR Partners, Managers, and Senior Leaders to design and optimise reports in Workday. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:
• Work with colleagues across People Operations to gather, refine, and fulfil reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners on making reports and dashboards available to Managers and Senior Leaders.
• Design, configure, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields.
• Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of reports prior to release.
• Document reporting standards, reusable assets, and best practices for consistency.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience:
• Hands-on Workday reporting experience ideally across different Workday implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Advanced Reporting (including Trended Worker, Matrix, and Composite Reports), Calculated Fields, and Dashboard configuration and deployment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on end user experience.
• Workday Prism experience, specifically around the securing and publishing of Prism datasets to audiences.
• Experience building and deploying Discovery Boards to business users.
• Hub configuration experience (Manager Insights Hub, HR Partner Hub etc).
• Reporting creation experience from Adaptive Planning.
