About The Role
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you'll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to Define, Design & Build & Deploy best-in-class functionality for customers, ensuring that what's developed maximises the potential of standard features, while ensuring customisation is completed in a way which is "low-code" but high-quality.
You'll be confident leading client-facing workshops and meetings, guiding organisations toward impactful, tech-driven solutions aligned with their values and ours.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 6+ years of experience in the Salesforce eco-system of equivalent.
- An excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
- Experience gained from a range of projects (ideally 100+ users)
- Two or more "Consultant" level Salesforce Certifications (I.e Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud and/or Mulesoft)
- Agile working experience, especially in Scrum, with knowledge of Jira & Confluence.
- The ability to communicate technical issues clearly, in everyday language.
- A strong problem-solver who can view both big picture goals and small details.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Motivated to take initiative, learn, and advance within the role.
- A technical aptitude and enthusiasm for technology and its applications in creating positive change.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Travel & Transport, Consumer Goods and/or Retail sectors is highly desirable.

Salary & Other Details:
Level 5, £72,000 - £88,000 PA
