You will assist in driving growth and working as part of the leading wealth management provider in the country, providing an enhanced customer service offering. In working to achieve business growth, you will be supporting the Banks strategic ambitions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop key relationships and the ability to build and maintain a very strong collaboration with Bank management and key staff.
  • Develop an acute understanding of each customer's needs and ensure that services and products are tailored to and address each customer's requirements.
  • Deliver stretching sales targets from new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all business is converted and fully aligns with both internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

What will make you stand out?

We are looking for a self-starter who can demonstrate proactivity, efficient administration, time management, organisation and compliance skills. You will need the ability to utilise a wide range of business referral sources and proactively lead and respond to referrals while also carrying very strong active listening, and questioning techniques. Our ideal candidate will deal effectively with clients' needs and clearly link them to clients financial goals and objectives and recognise the appropriate solution to each client's situation by displaying the utmost integrity at all times.

We are looking for someone who clearly demonstrates industry knowledge and constantly strives to improve on personal and technical knowledge and is well informed on current economic and complex product questions. You will have a proven track record in a target driven, sales focused environment in the financial services sector.

  • Full clean driver's license.
