In working to achieve business growth, you will be supporting the Banks strategic ambitions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop key relationships and the ability to develop and maintain a very strong collaboration with Bank management and key staff.
  • Behave ethically and honestly in all work and business dealings and take personal ownership of decisions, actions and results
  • Excellent Relationship Management & Influencing skills
  • Strong eye for business and a commercial approach balanced with a focus to delivering business results
  • Excellent written, numerical, planning and verbal ability to communicate,
  • Self motivated with experience of balancing and driving forward multiple challenging priorities,
  • Strong ability to lead and experienced and expertise of consultation at all levels of customer engagements.
  • Develop an acute understanding of each customer's needs and ensure that services and products are tailored to and address each customer's requirements while ensuring you consistently improve their customer satisfaction levels with BOI Group
  • Deliver yearly targets across a balanced scorecard from new and existing customers in a compliant manner.
  • Demonstrate the ability to explain financial planning concepts in a manner which clients understand and be able to differentiate its services and offerings in a positive, compelling manner.
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Ensure all business converted fully complies with both internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Agree and put in place a client specific financial plan for all new and existing customers

What will make you stand out?

We are looking for a self-starter who can demonstrate proactivity, efficient administration, time management, organisation and compliance skills. You will need the ability to utilise a wide range of business referral sources and proactively lead and respond to referrals while also carrying very strong active listening, and questioning techniques. Our ideal candidate will deal effectively with clients' needs and clearly link them to clients financial goals and objectives and recognise the appropriate solution to each client's situation by displaying the utmost integrity at all times.

We are looking for someone who clearly demonstrates industry knowledge and constantly strives to improve on personal and technical knowledge and is well informed on current economic and complex product questions. You will have a proven track record in a target driven, sales focused environment in the financial services sector.

  • Full clean driver's license.
