The Opportunity

Three month fixed-term contract:

Based in the Central London Head Office this role reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager is to manage and coordinate all aspects of Puig UK's visual implementation on a short-term contract. The role will be responsible for Carolina Herrera Fragrance and Makeup and Jean Paul Gaultier Fragrance brands in accordance with Global guidelines. VM Makeup and Fragrance experience is essential. VM Project Manager will have direct responsibility for Temporary POS development and creation in Wholesale doors. Must have 3-5 year's experience already in a similar role.

What you'll get to do

- Development, production and implementation of Retailer packages, temporary sites, pop ups and windows in accordance with brand guidelines for Fragrance and Makeup. Liaising with local suppliers, Global stakeholders and HQ.
- Work closely and collaborate with Key Account Managers and respective Marketing Managers to ensure timely sign off from HQ and Retailers for VM activations.
- Create clear briefs for the Global Brand teams considering all local requirements and customer experience. Develop and establish a good working relationship with HQ teams.
- Briefing, production and roll out of temporary promotional support tools within allocated budget for Wholesale stores and all retailers including flagship doors.
- Align with all local stakeholders and relevant departments on launch activations in line with the marketing calendar and priorities.
- Manage production of all visual requests and UK roll outs for new launches/updates liaising with printers to ensure quality process is optimised. Effectively manage brand artwork files - ordering of imagery from HQ and ensuring updates are communicated to all relevant parties.
- Budget ownership and management including raising POs for Opex projects.
- Review Visual Merchandising practices and conduct competitive research for Makeup and Fragrance to ensure innovation, effectiveness and profitability of temporary UK VM activities.
- Effectively manage usage of POS items, manage all planning and CPS orders. Develop bespoke POS and sites where required.
- Source and review suppliers to ensure capabilities meet requirements. Maintain Retail Excellence in all doors by regularly building, updating and sharing planograms internally and externally.
- Produce and develop Visual Merchandising Standards and guidelines with Brand Ambassadors to ensure consistent visual directives / updates are communicated across UK business.
- Maintain database of all planned and implemented Wholesale activities and report feedback on implementations to Puig HQ.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Proven experience in a similar Head Office Visual Merchandising role within the luxury or beauty industry. VM Fragrance and Makeup experience essential.
Project management experience with planograms, POS, retailer packages and sites production ideal.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Flexibility in dealing with and reacting to changing priorities as well as multitasking
Creative thinker
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint and Excel - essential)
Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - essential)
SketchUp (desirable)
Competent in IWD VM planogramming software
Proficient in SAP
Project Management
