As a key part of AXA - Global Healthcare, you'll be involved in pricing international healthcare schemes and making a meaningful impact. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their career in pricing and underwriting, providing both challenges and rewarding experiences.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
• Conduct risk assessments and underwriting for our International large corporate healthcare schemes to ensure sound coverage and profitability
• Provide technical pricing support to sales account managers and international partners for new business quotations and renewals
• Manage the pricing strategies and overall profitability of an international business portfolio
• Maintain accurate records of pricing activities and negotiations with internal teams and external clients
• Collaborate regularly with retention, new business teams, and other departments to build strong working relationships and support business growth

What you'll bring:
• Knowledge of the International PMI market and general commercial awareness.
• Ability to build strong relationships with developed influencing and negotiation skills.
• Able understand any potential risks to our business.
• Numerically articulate with excellent attention to detail.
• Well versed in identifying trends in data, a true problem solver.
• Advanced organisational skills and highly efficient.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience of pricing would be an advantage
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
