We have an exciting opportunity to join Osborne Clarke as a Marketing Assistant specifically supporting on the firm's Transformation strategy. This is a permanent role that will be based out of our London office on a hybrid working basis.
What you'll do
Following appropriate training and support that will be provided, the key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
- Providing assistant level support across internal/external marketing initiatives associated with the "What Our Client Are Talking About" 3D Project themes under the drivers of Transformation: decarbonisation, digitalisation, urban dynamics.
- Organise/attend meetings with partners, fee earners and business services teams across the projects. Provide detailed notes from the meeting and work alongside Transformation team to drive forward key actions.
- Implementing logistics surrounding Transformation related events: drawing together mailing lists, creating an external e-marketing campaign, helping to co-ordinate delivery of event content and follow-up.
- Work with brand, PR, digital and knowledge teams to help repurpose marketing content for various channels.
- Ensuring the relevant web and intranet pages are up to date, working alongside transformation assistant manager and executive and digital team.
- Updating Transformation marketing plans/schedules and assisting in executing those plans, including briefing specialist marketing teams, external agencies and partners, generating focused mailing lists using the firm's CRM system, preparing internal and external mailings and tracking activity.
- Repurposing credential content for use in marketing materials.
- Assisting with the preparation of internally produced marketing collateral.
- Work alongside the Transformation marketing team including the Manager, Assistant Manager and Executive to track and update monthly reporting for return on investment against key activities.
- Budget management support, managing campaign spreadsheets and tracking spend and return on investment across transformation activity.
- Assisting the wider sales and marketing team with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has demonstrable B2B marketing or project management experience (or a clear interest in developing a career in this area), who wants to move into a varied and challenging role. More specifically you'll need to demonstrate:
- Experience working across various teams in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks across multiple projects
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good relationships at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good written and verbal communications skills, including a succinct and effective writing style
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone who is confident, adaptable and determined who enjoys working as a strong team member
