Job Description

As the Trading Manager for Food on the Move (FOTM) your role will be to create and deliver the cluster trading and profitability strategy, by working effectively with Product Development, Technical and Supply Chain teams.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Deliver the operating plan, by driving sales and market share within category
• Deliver profit growth through driving the Lowering Costs programme and managing key costs
• Ensure all categories within your cluster deliver the ranging critical path accurately and on time
• Lead your category team to build and communicate a strategy to your Head of Trading, which will achieve the goals set out by the Food Group
• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team through strategic guidance, collaboration, and a culture that values diversity and individual strengths
