Territory Manager - South East England

What is the opportunity:

Northridge / Bank of Ireland specialise in the automotive finance industry and have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager to join a dynamic team in the South of England. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a challenging and supportive workplace.

The position is home based supporting our dealer customer base in the South East of England.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct regular reviews with dealer connections focusing on business levels and conduct assurance.
  • New business / acquisition business planning and prospecting including comprehensive dealer database management.
  • Maximise business volumes from existing dealer portfolio.
  • Handle new and existing relationship profitability against budget.
  • Promote, lead and improve Northridge's dealer point of sale systems usage.
  • Run dealer quality.
  • Run all applicable credit applications and advance funding facilities.
  • Promote and embed positive customer outcomes.

  • Ability to lead a Sales Territory optimally and achieve Sales Targets in an exciting and highly driven market
  • Teammate with the ability to provide made valuable contributions to targeted dealer relationships
  • Self-motivated and achievement-focused
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
  • Shown experience in Motor Finance Dealer intermediary sales
  • Full, clean driving license.
