Technical Sourcer - (Engineering & Development)

What is the opportunity?

We are investing significantly in redefining our technology. This investment is critical to support our business growth as well as improving efficiencies and enhancing services to our customers.

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our diverse team and support this growth of our Enterprise Services division!

This is an 18 month fixed term position

In this role, you will:

  • Recruit top talent by creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns;
  • Focus on DE&I sourcing to ensure diverse shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Partner with recruiting team members to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience;
  • Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs while keeping in mind our company's diversity goals;
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates;
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, talent partners, recruiting and sourcing leaders to positively impact hiring;
  • Work across internal teams while handling multiple volume requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pool.

What will help you stand out:
Crucial experience:

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
  • Proven technical sourcing experience; with recent Engineering & development exposure.
  • Experience engaging with senior engineering and engineering leadership profiles

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role;

  • Previous experience creating and developing market insights and market data
