Team Leader - Renewals Team Group Risk

The successful candidate will lead a team through the renewal process of Group Risk schemes, at a time of significant transformation and growth. You will have the chance to craft and guide a customer-focused and world-class team.

In this role you will:

  • Have responsibility for flawless service delivery and develop effective relationships with customers.
  • Work closely with both our New Ireland and Service Partners to ensure tasks are completed in line with SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Service Partners to ensure ownership of the end-to-end Group Risk customer service proposition.
  • Manage and improve the efficiency of quality, compliance, and controls, including management of operational risks.
  • Lead team and individual performance to ensure all team members are effective.
  • Identify and support training needs of colleagues to improve their development.
  • Focus on continuous improvement/change to help streamline processes and therefore improve service.

What will make you stand out?

You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key relationships and customer expectations. You possess technical knowledge of processing systems within the wealth and insurance services industry and have operations management experience.

You are an experienced people leader with a proven track record of leading a team, or you demonstrate exceptionally high potential to develop into a People Leader.

Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not necessary in order to apply for this role:

More about the team

The New Ireland Assurance Corporate Pensions Department is responsible for the administration of Corporate Defined Contribution Pension and Group Risk Schemes.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration; the exact frequency to be agreed with the manager.
