Job overview:

Join AXA as we expand our segmentation strategy to drive profitable growth across key markets and strengthen our valued partner relationships. In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with regional and head office teams to enhance our current offerings within the Premier Partner segment. You'll focus on developing tailored propositions designed to boost performance and deliver greater value to our partners. By ensuring close alignment between customer needs, our Premier Partners, and AXA's strategic goals, you'll play a vital part in shaping our growth trajectory and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximise income and profit for AXA's Premier Partner broker panel by implementing strategic initiatives such as new deals and broker campaigns.
• Support planning, forecasting, and financial management of the broker panel, contributing to the overall financial planning cycle.
• Develop and review distribution strategies and partner development plans, ensuring alignment with senior management through regular performance reviews.
• Lead and coordinate key trading activities, including new business pipelines, renewal retention, large renewal strategies, and profit review actions.
• Manage day-to-day operational requirements such as agency management, financial reporting, legal agreements, and marketing support.
• Drive the design and delivery of tailored propositions aligned with segment needs, collaborating with underwriting, distribution, and regional teams.
• Foster strong relationships between Premier Partner brokers and AXA's business and trading areas to support mutual growth.
• Analyse broker performance and market opportunities to identify further growth initiatives and implement strategic business improvements.
Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Your skills & experience:

• Possess or be working towards an ACII qualification or equivalent, with a degree or equivalent educational background.

• Have a strong understanding of underwriting, risk management principles, and the commercial intermediary market.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships from intermediary levels up to CEO level.
• Possess strategic management capabilities and a high level of understanding of business profitability factors within the broker channel.
• Demonstrate advanced sales, negotiation, and data analysis skills to inform business planning and growth strategies.
• Have proven success in profitable business development and experience in relationship management at MD level or equivalent.
• Be adept at interpreting data to adjust business plans and optimise profitability within the broker and intermediary channels.
