In this role, you will:
- Produce monthly Strategic Change Portfolio reports and metrics, ensuring projects are on track and aligns with our frameworks.
- Work closely with the Head of Strategic Change, supporting the planning, execution, and quality assurance of multiple strategic projects.
- Supervise budgeting and financial forecasting for portfolios, offering crucial support to senior leadership.
- Engage with partners across various departments to drive effective project management processes.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance by carrying out monthly reviews against our projects.
What will make you stand out?
Experience in a PMO analyst or similar role, as well as expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies are highly regarded. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Clarity, and Excel, will help you thrive. We are looking for someone with strong customer management and communication skills, with the ability to efficiently balance priorities. A formal project management qualification, like Prince2 or PMP, would be ideal.

A strategic change role, on an embryonic team within Commercial, initiating and supporting strategic change initiatives. Our team supports extraction of optimum value from our existing assets (systems, processes, people, etc.) as well as ensuring that any future investments are appropriately aligned with our key business objectives.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
