Job overview:

Do you have an interest in Sales? If you're someone who's self-motivated and has a resilient nature, this could be an excellent development opportunity for you. We're seeking a highly organised individual to join our Sales team, to assist with managing the sales process to ensure the achievement of financial targets.

You'll take a proactive approach to fully qualify each business opportunity with new and supporting brokers, in a professional and complaint manner, by asking a relevant set of questions and understanding the customers business requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with new and supporting Brokers to the market to communicate AXA's services and capability to achieve their goals.
• Identify strong potential prospects, using your own initiative to generate productivity and new sales leads.
• Take a customer focussed approach to the sales journey to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage the sales process to ensure the achievement of the new business target.
• Maintain well-organized, accurate and up to date sales information.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems.
Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience of outbound lead generations and CRM competent - essential.
• Experience working to targets and the ability to demonstrate a goal focused approach.
• Proven experience working with business process and protocols.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms, in particular LinkedIn and X.
• Proactive approach to managing relationships, and the ability to take advantage of every opportunity.
• Confident communicating at all levels and with internal and external customers.
• Well organised and able to manage your own time effectively, and at times work under pressure.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
