We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our SME (small to medium enterprise) Intermediary Sales team, to build productive relationships with our intermediaries and ensure the achievement of financial targets.

You'll grow the relationship between AXA Health and our developing and new to market intermediaries - you know how important it is to get it right for stakeholders. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your ability to commute to the Bristol office during these times is key to the application.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of brokers to achieve pre-determined sales targets.
• Build productive relationships with existing and developing brokers.
• Cross-sell other products to intermediaries including travel, dental and optical, cash back and other non-PMI products.
• Deliver exceptional service when handling calls.
• Achieve sales objectives during processes that are in line with our values and core behaviours.
