Service Support Advisor - 6-month FTC

At AXA Health, we're looking for a Service Support Advisor who will be key in supporting the strategy for growth and development of our existing intermediaries.

You'll enhance our SME clients, intermediaries and internal customers' experience of the services we offer, in connection with producing quotations for both intermediary and direct customers, and by undertaking the onboarding of new group schemes. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. After your initial office-based training period, you'll work at least 40% of your week away from home in our Leicester office, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

• Produce quotations for group schemes via quote requests from brokers and from direct new business.
• Obtaining missing information or gaining clarity prior to processing a request.
• Be the first point of contact for all internal customers.
• Answer queries in relation to new group set up.
• Work within FCA guidelines and follow Data Protection.
• Adhere to team SLAs and productivity targets.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience of working in a service environment is essential.
• Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines, productivity and quality targets.
• Able to prioritise own workload.
• Well organised and able to manage own time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Good telephone manner.
• Strong knowledge of our products and propositions.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
