Experienced Technical Architect with Microsoft EUC background, required for an immediate start!

Requirements:
- Experience of deploying Windows 11 Entra joined and managed, with experience of implanting within a legacy Domain on-premise environment
- Day to day candidate will be focused on a range of tasks, including actual configuration and implementation, testing, documentation, knowledge transfer
- There may also be a requirement to contribute to procurement requirement specifications in advance of third party tool or implementation partner selection.
- This would be for tools such as Application release and patch management (patch my PC type tools) plus cloud proxy / web content filtering products

Overview:

• The Senior Technical Architect Microsoft EUC will define and oversee the entire delivery of an entra joined windows 11 infrastructure within The Council, from initial design and implementation to ongoing optimisation and support, ensuring that they contribute effectively to Liverpool's success Focusing on strategic planning, leadership, and high-level decision-making within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Design and implement Microsoft EUC solutions, delivering a Windows 11 Entra joined and managed solution, within a legacy Domain on-premise environment
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps for EUC solutions * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and ensure best practices are followed
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of the EUC environment to ensure compliance with security and governance policies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the council's IT infrastructure
• Work with vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions as needed
