Senior Service Management Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Service Management Consultant who wants to grow their career and delight customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of shaping, developing and implementing Service Management and Service Integration deliverables, conducting research and performing analysis. This may be working independently or as part of a team.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

  • Provide consultancy to deliver the full spectrum of services needed to assess, plan, design, prepare and deploy our Service Integration blueprint.
  • Use our proven business change approach for implementing Service Management solutions. You will use techniques like Service Maturity Assessment and requirements gathering and be able to articulate the business benefits with clients, either in a pre-sales setting or during transition and transformation phases.
  • Manage and lead workshops and work streams as needed and work either individually or within a larger programme team.
  • Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients.
  • Oversee specific/multiple work streams and Work on transition and transformation programmes which result in the creation and activation of SIAM operating models.

Your skills and experience

  • Knowledge of SIAM implementation and transformation.
  • Knowledge of ISO20000, AI Ops, Cloud, SACM, Digital Service Management and Digital Adoption.
  • Knowledge of IT service management tool suites including those provided by ServiceNow.
  • Operational management/service delivery experience (customer and/or outsourcing environment)
  • Experience of developing core service management processes and reporting, aligned to the ServiceNow and other service management tool suites.

Your security clearance 

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. 
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
