This is a senior operational support role where you will require excellent technical and customer facing skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to senior customer stakeholders and our Service Delivery Managers. You will be supporting multiple customers and their diverse range of systems so the ability deal with many clients and manage competing priorities is essential.

You're a trusted advisor. Someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can create, build and sustain internal and external relationships, with the ability to lead diverse teams.

Extensive SAP Basis experience is essential, including:

• Installation
• Troubleshooting and problem diagnosis
• Major release upgrades and patching
• Transport Landscape design
• Web Dispatcher, SAP Router, Apache administration skills
• Knowledge of SAP/HANA/Oracle HA and DR set up
• Single Sign On and Identity Management

You would join a team that has a broad skillset and you would have the opportunity to use your skills in:

• Cloud Service Providers
• AWS - EC2/VPC/S3/EFS
• Azure - Compute/Networking/Storage
• Cloud Connector installation and configuration

SAP Cloud connectivity, SAP BTP and CPINetworking:

• Understanding of subnets and IP ranges
• Routing, Firewall, Network tracing
• SSL/TLS knowledge and certificate management
• Operating Systems & Databases
• HANA Administration
• Oracle Administration
• Comfortable managing both Linux and Windows systems

The role will require some 'out-of-hours' support availability including weekends on a rota basis.
