Senior Legal Counsel

Our customer, a UK based tech company is looking for a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to add to their team. This is a permanent role based in London.
Key Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a current practicing certificate.
- Significant commercial law experience, with a majority of experience working in-house.
- Proven ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Strong skills in negotiation and drafting commercial contracts.
- Experience in managing and overseeing litigation processes.
- Experience in regulatory law, preferably within financial services (insurance experience is highly desirable) or telecoms regulation, or from a similar regulatory background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proactive and independent, able to take ownership of projects and tasks from start to finish.
- Exceptional written communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Nice to haves:
- Dual qualification, ideally from an EU member state such as the Republic of Ireland, or international legal experience.
