Job Summary
We are looking for a People Leader to lead a team of C.15 people who work in our Group Employee Benefit division.
Whilst leading a team, you will work alongside other Team Leaders to help deliver the highest possible service that supports our reputation as the largest provider in the Group Market.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and lead a team that delivers outstanding customer service.
- Create a high performing team through fair, open and engaging communication.
- Develop our most talented people to support the positive people culture Canada Life strives for.
- Set clear objectives and provide fair feedback so people understand how well they are doing against key goals.
- Ensure processes are followed that accurately uphold Policy Terms and Conditions of the insurance product.
- Continuously developing data and Mi to identify where the customer experience can be improved on. Following onto implementing new ways of working which also satisfy regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and queries, in line with the divisional & regulatory complaint procedures.

- The role is based in Bristol and you would need to be able to attend the office on a regular basis.
