The Product Configuration & Change Team:

The Product Configuration & Change Team plays a crucial role in driving the technical progression of change on behalf of the Hunter Class Frigate Programme Chief Engineer. We work across all levels of the organisation to ensure the technical integrity of changes, guiding them through the early stages of the process. From there, we collaborate closely with programme management and implementation teams to secure authorisation and successfully complete changes before integrating them into production.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Our work requires adaptability as we evolve with ongoing process improvements and navigate the complexities of blending information from two programmes into a single, standardised solution.

In this role, you’ll balance planned activities with hands-on problem-solving, working alongside engineers to investigate and resolve challenges. If you thrive in a varied, high-impact role with opportunities for professional growth, this is the team for you.

Why BAE Systems?

Closing Date: 24th February 2025. Interviews for this position will take place W/C 3rd March.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
