This role can be based in any of our UK offices (London, Bristol or Reading), and we support hybrid and flexible working patterns.

About us

People are at the heart of our business and this is an exciting time to be supporting the firm in adapting to the future of work. Our Responsible Business team is highly respected for the central and strategic role it plays in making Osborne Clarke a great place to work. The team has grown rapidly over recent years, thanks to the firm's investment in our Osborne Clarke For Good framework, targets and programme delivery. We work across all three UK offices on sustainability, corporate responsibility, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing strategies. We are a friendly, fun and supportive team, working closely together to help ensure Osborne Clarke's continued growth and success.

  • Retention and promotion: work with key HR stakeholders to improve performance and pay processes, develop best in class talent identification processes and targeted acceleration programmes, and create a culture of active sponsorship for women and other underrepresented groups. Transform research, insights and subject matter expertise into pragmatic solutions and programmes that drive real change.
  • Culture and behaviour: work in partnership with our HR Business Partners to ensure inclusivity is deeply embedded in our People strategy and make recommendations to meaningfully remove unacceptable behaviours. Provide support and coordination to improve the effectiveness of the firm's employee networks.
  • Measuring progress: partner with our data teams to deliver a transformational, data-led approach to drive change, with cascaded targets, accountable leaders, high quality data and regular reporting to track and monitor progress, and make data driven recommendations for action. Work with Marketing & Comms, the Sustainability & Reporting Senior Manager and other relevant stakeholders to raise internal and external awareness of D&I activity, help meet our reporting obligations and raise our brand profile.
