Join AXA Global Healthcare on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Senior Compliance Manager - Transformation, where you will play a pivotal role as a Compliance lead on our Business Transformation initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our business units, the Transformation Management Office (TMO), and other Compliance team members to proactively identify and mitigate Compliance Risks. Your expertise will be essential in addressing critical areas such as Conduct, Data Protection and Financial Crime, ensuring that our transformation efforts align with regulatory standards and uphold our commitment to ethical practices.

What you'll be doing:
• Providing pragmatic, timely and actionable advice on Compliance Risks into Transformation programmes, working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
• Supporting the identification and mitigation of Compliance Risks within the business Transformation programmes.
• Delivery of frameworks and guardrails (process and controls) to support the identification of Compliance Risks as part of AGH's Transformation programmes.
• Working across Transformation delivery workstreams, prioritising Compliance resource, as appropriate.
• Preparation of reporting on Compliance Risks within Transformation for Executive Committees and Boards, supporting the Head of Compliance.
• Working within a multi-disciplinary team within Transformation, but also as part of AGH's Compliance team.
What you'll bring:
• Relevant professional skills, typically in compliance, legal, risk management, financial crime, controls, or audit.
• Strong technical knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority Handbook rules, with experience in Consumer Duty and Product Governance highly desirable.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of prioritising competing demands dynamically and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in a second line Compliance or Risk function.
• Familiarity with insurance regulation and complex cross-border arrangements.
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and controls.
