As a Communications Review Specialist in our first line defence team, you'll play a vital role in shaping how we engage with customers across the UK. From financial promotions to core product messaging, your expertise will safeguard customer trust, protect our brand, and support our commitment to treating customers fairly. This is a unique opportunity to blend regulatory acumen with creativity, working at the centre of a growing health insurer where your approvals truly matter

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the Communication Review Team (CRT) in reviewing client communications and Financial Promotions to reduce risk to the business.
• Review marketing materials to make sure they are clear, fair, and are balanced.
• Ensure materials comply with relevant regulation, correctly reflect product benefits, meet clear communications and Consumer Duty requirements.
• Record, log and manage workflow of incoming and outgoing proofing to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Help with managing expiring communications and monitoring of other risks.
• Assist the CRT in liaison with key stakeholders across the business.
• Key point of contact on Hive related queries from users, support the CRT in delivery of training for Hive users.
What you'll bring:

• Good understanding of AXA Health and third-party business and products.
• Knowledge of AXA Health and third-party policies and practices.
• Understanding of the ICOBS rules, particularly the Financial Promotions rules.
• Highly developed attention to detail and comfortable dealing with policy terms and conditions.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately and prioritise and deal with several urgent tasks.
• Self-motivator.
• Clear understanding of the principles of insurance.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
