Job Title: Senior Citrix Engineer | Job Type: Full-Time Permanent | Location: Farringdon & Twickenham (Hybrid Working with 2 days a week in the office) | Remuneration: £62,728

This role

We are seeking a Senior Citrix Engineer to join the busy and dynamic Infrastructure Architecture Team. You will administer the day to day operations of the Citrix VDI Infrastructure and services. Work with the Architecture, Service Delivery and Service Desk Teams, as well as the wider Technology Department to effectively support and administer the full lifecycle of Citrix infrastructure operations, services, projects and initiatives. Manage and maintain the Citrix Work Plan, and the delivery of the Citrix Annual Continuous Service Improvement Plan.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience of Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, Active Directory, Group Policies, Citrix Profile Management, Provisioning Services, NetScaler, VMware ESX, networking
  • Expertise in applications packaging, databases, storage, networking, and security
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Experience of managing complex multi-site Citrix infrastructure operations
  • Experience of Citrix service upgrades and migrations
  • Experience of Control Up desirable
  • Experience of project management and delivery
  • Evidence of recent Citrix certifications to Professional level desirable
  • Excellent demand management, planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of ITIL environments and processes, preferably using ServiceNow
  • Ability to undertake out of hours' work, during the evenings and at weekends
