We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Development to join our Digital Assets team. This role is located in London- HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities and client prospects, focusing on responsible business growth that is compliant, of acceptable risk and profitability. Directly contributing to the revenue targets of the business.
- Serving as a Digital Assets SME to clients, advising their leadership on the best way to achieve their short- and long- term strategic objectives through the firm's Digital Asset solutions.
- Work with the broader Digital Assets business to ensure the products being developed are and continue to be relevant for clients in the EMEA and MENA regions.
- Stay abreast of key developments in the EMEA and MENA regions and work closely with related teams to ensure all risk management/compliance activities relevant to business development activities are conducted and captured.
- Track and report for use by senior leaders that identifies trends, opportunities, potential areas of concern, etc. Provide input to leaders for addressing identified issues.

- Ability to inspire others to action and able to draw on broader teams to deliver a superior outcome for clients and the firm
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbally and in writing); able to articulate complex information in a clear and simple manner to a variety of audiences
Qualifications:
- Recent experience in client facing role
- 2+ years in a Digital Asset focused role at a bank, fintech or industry association
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- Possesses established relationships within/across industry and with clients
