Senior Architect

We are seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience in Data Management Functional, MDM Architecture, and Stibo. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data management solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM architecture and hands-on experience with Stibo to drive data initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Should have STEP experience and strong experience in stakeholder management.
• Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions to meet business needs.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of MDM architecture to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Provide technical expertise in Stibo to optimize data management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards are met across all data management projects.
• Develop and implement best practices for data management and MDM architecture.
• Conduct regular assessments of data management systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in data management and MDM best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data management strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of data management systems to ensure they meet organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data management activities.
• Provide strategic direction for data management initiatives to support business growth.
