The Role

Having recently launched our Intelligence Unit, we're looking for an Insight & Strategy Director who can contribute fresh ideas and drive our strategic initiatives forward. You'll be based in our London office, and working across our global client base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with pitch teams to discover those "a-ha" moments to win the work.
  • Lead market landscape analyses to pinpoint critical trends, threats and opportunities that inform strategic planning.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client audiences through demographic, psychographic, and behavioural insights to shape compelling communication strategies.
  • Utilise competitive intelligence to set our clients apart in the market.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate shifts and develop proactive campaign ideas.
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitors to refine client strategies and maintain their competitive edge.
  • Master and lead the use of key research tools such as Cision, SparkToro, and SEMrush, while keeping abreast of the latest developments in insight martech.

About You

  • Passionate about delivering high-quality insight and strategy work, ideally with an interest or background in B2B sectors.
  • Experienced in using audience understanding, competitive intelligence, and brand strategy to inform decision-making and client success.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communicator, adept at presenting strategies and insights across all levels of an organisation.
  • A proactive leader who drives insight standards, uncovers new opportunities for client accounts, and leads discussions to identify these opportunities.
  • Resourceful and adaptable, able to receive feedback positively and adjust strategies quickly and effectively.
