Recruitment Project Manager - 6mth FTC

Caraffi is excited to partner with an innovative and fast-growing digital product business to secure an interim Recruitment Project Manager.

Based in central London, the organisation has rapidly become a standout player in its sector, offering great product across a number of international markets. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Director and working closely with senior stakeholders, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to act as the 'glue' in delivering our Recruitment improvement roadmap.

The Role:

You'll own and deliver the existing improvement roadmap for Recruitment, ensuring our processes, dashboards, and operational workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement, change management, and the Recruitment transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the roadmap, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiencies.

- Help develop and implement dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key hiring metrics, pipeline health, and recruiter performance.

- Partner with Recruitment, HR and Business Leaders to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in the recruitment processes.

- Lead change management initiatives related to new tools and workflows.

- Drive compliance, consistency, and best practices across all TA operations globally.

- Act as the point of contact for the Project and any process enhancements, ensuring recruiters have the tools and resources needed for success.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a PM within Recruitment or HR, in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of Recruitment processes, metrics, and systems.

- Experience with process optimisation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
