Description
We're looking for experienced Scrum Masters with a technical background and capabilities primarily in the Salesforce stack to join us on our digital and product transformation, supporting multiple agile, cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that add value for our customers in a fast, repeatable and scalable way.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
• Facilitating key meetings and conversations necessary to achieve efficient and effective delivery
• Setting up key KPIs and be data driven for continuous improvement of the delivery teams
• Working closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain an agile mindset
• Training, mentoring and supporting development teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices and coaching the delivery teams to higher Agile maturity levels
• Creating an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
• Championing continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coachingteams to conduct continuous inspection and adaption
• Driving engagement and empowerment, creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives
• Working closely with Digital on the agile strategy and promote best practices throughout Digital and Data, becoming a positive disruptor where needed

What you'll bring:
• Professional Scrum Master L1 or equivalent
• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team that followed Agile principles, practices and theory
• Strong background in development, Salesforce experience desirable
• Proven track record of successfully coaching team members and key stakeholders
• Experience building genuinely Agile teams in a large-scale enterprise
• DevSecOps methodologies
• Strong collaboration and organisational skills
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, or LeSS is desirable
