The Job Role
- Regional Human Resources Manager
- To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to big teams/operations.
- Responsible for creating an induction and training program.
- Support Operations Teams in managing their teams
- The Regional Human Resources Manager will be working closely with the HR Director with strategy, and then deliver the best results possible.
- To increase staff engagement and retention.
The Requirements
- The Regional Human Resources Manager will have experience within Hotels or Similar Multi Site experience in a hospitality setting
- CIPD qualified, or working towards this.
- A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
- Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader
The Location
- North West
- This role will involve occasional travel
