The Job Role

    • Regional Human Resources Manager
    • To deliver a sustainable HR strategy to big teams/operations.
    • Responsible for creating an induction and training program.
    • Support Operations Teams in managing their teams
    • The Regional Human Resources Manager will be working closely with the HR Director with strategy, and then deliver the best results possible.
    • To increase staff engagement and retention.

The Requirements

    • The Regional Human Resources Manager will have experience within Hotels or Similar Multi Site experience in a hospitality setting
    • CIPD qualified, or working towards this.
    • A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
    • Be a confident, creative and effective HR leader

The Location

    • North West
    • This role will involve occasional travel
