Recruitment/Resourcing Administrator (12month FTC)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment/Resourcing Administrator to join our supportive and friendly team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be based in our Bristol office on a hybrid working basis.

The team is made up of fourteen people, covering recruitment at all levels across our three UK offices. We focus on attracting the best talent to the firm and work closely with the wider HR team to help ensure Osborne Clarke's continued growth and success.

What you'll do:

Reporting to our Recruitment Manager you will provide support to the Recruitment team on a variety of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up interviews for our vacancies
  • Organising agency briefings
  • Processing invoices and expenses, updating the relevant spreadsheets and liaising with Finance
  • Posting jobs both internally and externally to promote our vacancies
  • Maintenance of records on our online applicant tracking system, including adding applications to our live job folders and ensuring our talent bank is kept up to date
  • Drafting new joiners offer letters and contracts.
  • Working with the Graduate Recruitment team at peak periods to provide general administrative support

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a candidate who has gained experience working in a Recruitment/Resourcing administration or support role. This may have been gained in an internal Recruitment or HR team, or within an agency environment. In addition to this we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Exceptional levels of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
  • A positive attitude and pro-active approach to work; asking others what might be needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding when information you are working with is confidential and how this should be treated
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in utilising MS office tools
