We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join the Real Estateteam in our Bristol office. In this role you will have the opportunity towork on varied, high quality work for clients across all areas of our RealEstate practice.

The practice

Osborne Clarke LLP have an outstanding reputation in real estate due tothe quality and breadth of our client base and the value and complexity of thework we undertake. We have made a long-term investment in our real estatepractice both in the UK and internationally, offering extensive expertise ininvestment, real estate funds, student accommodation, logistics, regeneration,residential and commercial development, telecommunication, utilities &energy and retail. Our team approach, industry knowledge and excellentcommunication enable us to deliver a full and thorough service to our clientsoperating across our UK offices in Bristol, London and Reading.

Our clients

We act for numerous PLC clients - often on a national, multi serviceline panel basis. Our list of clients is impressive and includes- British Land,GLP, Barratt, Mirastar, Patrizia, M&S, DTZIM, AEG, M&G, PGIM, ICG,Taylor Wimpey, U&I, Indurent, Canary Wharf Group, Vodafone, Greystar andSEGRO to name a few.

The team

The real estate is made up of over 100 lawyers in total including 24Partners in the UK. The team works collaboratively in client teams across ourLondon, Bristol and Reading offices and the Bristol team comprises a largenumber of partners and experienced lawyers, running some of our largest clientrelationships. Louise Cartwright (Partner) leads the whole of the UK team.

Technical skills and experience

We are looking to appoint a very capable and dedicated lawyer with agenuine desire to develop their career as a rounded property lawyer. Youwill have some commercial property law experience gained at a city, national orlarge regional law firm recognised for its property practice. Due to thenature of the work and structure of the team we are looking to appoint anAssociate in this area, however we are willing to consider candidates with moreexperience.
