The Role:
The Project Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects to ensure successful delivery in terms of timescale, cost and scope. They will be managing several parallel medium to large omni-channel, technology or re-platforming projects that have significant business impact and be expected to co-ordinate the resources of both internal and external teams to achieve successful implementations. It will require working with multiple internal Business teams and co-ordinating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure alignment with Mulberry's strategic goals.
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
- Define resources and schedules for project/program implementation
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Project Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Be accountable for ensuring on-time decision making as well as the coordination of a dispersed project team.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues
- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Skilled at establishing and clearly defining a structured framework of deliverables and accountabilities for the project team as well as creating a supportive and motivating environment
Project Closure:
- Oversee project completion and ensure that all proper documentation is maintained
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learnt
- Deliver final project reports and ensure a smooth transition to operational teams
Stakeholder Management:
- Establish, manage and maintain good strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors and internal teams

Skills & Experience Required:
- A recognised Project Management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 Certification or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field is preferred
- Substantial experience of Project Management or IT Management experience
- Experience in managing large omni-channel, technology or re-platforming projects
- Experience working with multiple third parties on large-scale technology implementations
- Experience of working in mixed methodology environments
- Scheduling and budgeting experience
- Self-motivated and good teamwork skills
- Good all-round education and communication skills
- Able to effectively manage own priorities and workload
