Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will lead sewer rehabilitation projects using the latest trenchless technology equipment and techniques. This role requires strong communication skills, prior experience in managing CIPP and other trenchless rehabilitation construction, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will oversee project organisation, administration, coordination, and directly liaise with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and project operations throughout project execution.

Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to track costs, report and forecast revenues for projects.

Coordinate project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractor schedules.

Conduct pre-planning, resource forecasting, and inventory management.

Work closely with management for major equipment and supply purchases.

Attend construction planning meetings and project/site walks.

Assist in maintaining quality control and safety standards, working closely with the SHEQ Manager.

Provide on-site assistance to manage field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting QAQC standards.

Review all required reporting, including time and daily report logs.

Review and submit vendor invoices, and customer invoices with the admin team.

Key Qualifications:

Strong background and experience in CIPP and other trenchless rehabilitation construction.

Ability to travel and stay away from home during the working week for both long and short-term projects.

Strong commitment to safety, serving as a role model for crew members.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, with excellent time management and Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.

Additional training can be provided in all aspects of our Trenchless Operations.

Competitive salary (£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year), to be discussed at interview, based on experience and organisational skills.

Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule, overtime, and weekend availability as needed.
