My client area a specialist manufacturer of bespoke products and they are looking for a Production Manager to join their existing team. As a Production Manager your role will focus on providing support to the production department, ensuring that production orders are fulfilled and resolving any technical issues.

Production Manager Responsibilities;

• Oversee multiple production departments
• Organise staff around the production facility to accommodate production demands
• Ensuring that each department maintains a high level of productivity
• Ensuring that production orders are fulfilled
• Providing technical support to wider production team
• Resolve any technical issues or breakdowns

Production Manager Experience;

• Previously experience working in a Production Manager or Supervisor position is essential
• Able to manage work orders and ensuring that they get fulfilled in a timely manner
• Evaluate the workload of each department and identify areas of improvement
• Adhere to and monitor health and safety in the workplace
• Assisting with manual handling when required
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Must be a team player
• Must be proficient in Project Management
