My client is a bespoke packaging solutions specialist for a wide range of products and industry sectors who are now seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, your role will focus on managing all QA activities, ensure that quality is promoted throughout the business and provide technical support to both clients and suppliers.

Quality Manager Responsibilities;
* Manage, direct and support QA Team Members
* Lead Quality Reviiew Meetings with key customers
* Conduct audits and manage the internal audit schedule
* Provide technical support to team members, clients and suppliers
* Provide training and development plans for the Quality Team
* Ensuring that the QMS systems is maintained correctly

Quality Manager Experience;
* Degree, HNC, HND, Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing
* Must be proficient using Lean problem solving techniques
* Background in packaging would be beneficial but not essential
* Previous experience working in a Quality Management position is essential
* Excellent communication skills are a must.
* Must be a team payer

This role as a Quality Manager is based in Evesham and commutable from Worcester, Alcester, Droitwich, Cheltenham and Malvern.
