As a Vice President on our FX Product Partnerships team in Cross-Currency Payments, you are an integral part of the team manages the relationships with our FX Partnerships.
Job responsibilities:
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Manages the relationships with our global FX partners
- Evaluates provider capabilities and recommend global partners based on both long and short-term business objectives
- Inquires about new products/services with existing partners, to increase value to JPMC clients
- Analyses volume and cost data including areas to expand vs. consolidate relationships
- Addresses potential issues in operations with partners, and expedite solutions
- Establishes metrics of success, with continued tracking and monitoring of existing partnerships
- Supports negotiation of pricing and product offering with our partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience in a Fintech, Payments Product, Strategy, or Management Consulting role
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, perform detailed research, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)
- Work well in cross-functional teams, apply innovative thinking, and possess strong project management skills
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Experience in initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
- A bias towards action, and focusing on delivering the end in mind at all times
- Creative thinking and problem solving, with internal and external partners combined with proven relationship management experience

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
