What you'll be doing:
• Lead the service automation product agenda for AXA Health, setting the vision, roadmap, and execution plan to deliver automation at scale.

• Champion the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) to reimagine service experiences.
• Successfully deliver sustainable and reusable digital components and products across all propositions for all audiences.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders, as well as both proposition fulfilment and capability delivery partners to identify opportunities to deploy product functionality to drive new business growth and improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure AXA Health stays at the forefront of digital product capability in the health & wellbeing sector by having a clear understanding of our member, colleague and partner journeys and how technology can improve these.
• Collaborate with customer and digital experience teams to ensure our digital products deliver optimal and efficient experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and oversee digital product development lifecycles, release plans and test plans.
• Shape and influence the development and oversight of our digital channels (including web, app and APIs) through which users access AXA Health digital products.
