Job overview:
Are you passionate about building a strong foundation for successful business transformation? We're looking for a Process Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key part in enhancing and maturing our business process management (BPM) capability and process architecture, supporting strategic initiatives with your expertise. You'll be providing valuable insights through detailed process analysis, end-to-end workflows using ARIS and BPMN 2.0, and helping establish clear, consistent process coverage that underpins effective operational management and change activity. If you're someone who enjoys working on meaningful projects and thrives in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
• Understand where existing or emerging business processes fit with the process architecture, identifying enhancements to the architecture as necessary.
• Conduct detailed process mapping using various techniques and model types, primarily BPMN 2.0, to visualise and analyse current state processes in ARIS, our BPM tool.
• Link processes to other business reference data such as applications, teams, business capabilities, risks, controls etc.
• Work with process approvers and process owners to validate and publish updated models to production through the process governance workflow.
• Identify appropriate measures to monitor process performance.
• Support a continuous improvement culture, suggesting improvements to our approach to business process management helping to build best practice.
• Act as an ambassador for ARIS and our business process management capability, championing the tool and articulating the value it can deliver to stakeholders across the business.
• Engage with and support the growing the community of ARIS modellers within AXA Health and beyond.
• Work closely with product tribes and squads to enable consistent adoption of BPM and process mapping practices across our evolving Product Operating Model.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
• Proven experience in process mapping and analysis, with good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process mapping notation, and proficiency in tools such as ARIS.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to drive process improvements.
• Understanding of process architecture and how it supports operating model analysis and design.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop shared understanding and accurate documentation of business processes and architecture.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Proactive and motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong sense of accountability, with the ability to take ownership and ensure commitments are met personally and collaboratively.
• Resilience and adaptability to navigate setbacks and challenging situations effectively.
