Are you a strategic and collaborative leader with a passion for driving transformative change? We're seeking an energetic Pricing Programme Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and delivering the results of our Pricing Transformation programme. Based within the Retail Transformation team, you'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across both AXA Retail and UK businesses, ensuring successful delivery and fostering a positive working environment and culture throughout the transformation journey. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:
• Oversee and deliver multiple Pricing workstreams within Pricing transformation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure UK&I and Retail change delivery standards are met through appropriate models, managing governance forums to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
• Effectively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring escalations are timely for appropriate mitigation.
• Develop and manage the programme budget and expenditure, maintaining financial oversight.
• Establish a robust governance framework to support the entire Pricing transformation, aligning with existing change governance.
• Lead overall programme planning, resource management, and contingency planning to deliver agreed outcomes and contractual requirements.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and key customers to ensure delivery aligns with programme scope and requirements.
• Promote programme management best practices and ensure benefits realisation is achieved through effective project closure.

What you'll bring:
• Proven track record of delivery in technical, ideally within complex, multi-organisational environments.
• Previous experience with project management methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile practices.
• Expertise in strategic decision-making and budget management, demonstrating the ability to make informed choices that align with business goals and optimise resource allocation.
• Confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Good understanding of end-to-end IT solutions and the IT delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management across multiple operating companies or business units.
• Proven experience of managing relationships with 3rd parties including establishing contracts and managing quality.
• Knowledge or experience in Pricing with a technical understanding preferred.
